Beth Phoenix worked her first match in several months at last night’s WWE Supershow event in Jackson, Tennessee. She and Melina defeated Maryse and Alicia Fox in a tag team match.
“The Glamazon” had not worked a match since losing the Divas Championship to Lay-Cool in a two-on-one handicap match on May 11. She tore her ACL in a match against Rosa Mendes the week before, resulting in the title switch. She returned from injury two weeks ago at the Survivor Series to fend off Michelle McCool and Layla, who had attacked Natalya.
